Depth Psychotherapy

creative space to reflect In

My psychotherapy practice is informed by the work of Carl Jung. This type of analytic therapy is in the service of your unique individuation.* The goal of individuation is to discover who you are and how that might be different from the roles family, culture, and work want you to be. Depth analytic psychotherapy is an exploration of how you optimally function. We look to your dreams, fantasies, and spontaneously generated images for guidance. We transform fear into inquiry using curiosity. We develop ways to talk about what you are experiencing and discover the meanings in symptoms, and beliefs.

As you begin to know yourself, space opens up, new insights emerge and transformation happen. Capacities grow, and new perspectives bring an expanded view and interconnectedness with life. It is an exciting journey and deeply rewarding to step more fully into who you really are.

*Individuation can be defined as a life lived consciously

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.
